our brevo integration is getting an update this document contains the documentation for the new and old brevo integrations brevo (new method) setting up the integration to set up the integration, all you need is to generate an api key in brevo and add this to fiona generate brevo api key log in to the brevo dashboard https //app brevo com/settings/keys/api click on your organisation's name in the top right and go to settings choose smtp & ap i and go to the api keys & mcp tab click on generate api key to generate a dedicated api key add the brevo api key to fiona in fiona, go to settings > integrations > and open the brevo integration settings here you can paste the api key of brevo add ip address to brevo if you have secured your brevo account with a list of authorized ip addresses, make sure to add fiona's ips to brevo go to brevo's security settings https //app brevo com/security/authorised ips and add the ip addresses "37 97 141 136" and "37 97 150 233," to your list of authorized ip addresses in brevo ignore mailing lists are there any lists in brevo that you do not want to synchronise with fiona? you can exclude these from the integration by adding their list ids to the brevo integration settings you can find the ids of your mailing list by going to lists https //app brevo com/contact/list listing in brevo and adding the id's (without #) to the field ignored list ids in fiona separate your lists with a comma in this example, list 4 and 6 won't synchronise with fiona contacts can only be added to this lists through brevo user rights brevo mailing can be accessed through a special section on a person or company card before using the integration, please ensure that the correct teams have access to the mailing lists go to settings > teams > team xyz to enable the section on company cards crm > company > brevo subscriptions to enable the section on people cards crm > person > brevo subscriptions using the integration after adding the api key, your contacts will automatically be synced between brevo and fiona brevo subscriptions to subscribe or unsubscribe someone to a mailing list, go to the corresponding person or company card and head to the brevo subscriptions section here you see an overview of the lists a person or company is subscribed to toggle the "show all brevo lists" switch to show all available lists now you can check and uncheck the mailing lists you want to subscribe someone to all changes will appear in brevo right away there is no need to sync or publish your changes default mailing address contacts are synchronised based on the default email address on the person or company card in case a default email address is missing, fiona will diplay the following message unsubscribed users in case one of your contacts unsubscribed from your mailing lists, you will see the following message in fiona you won't be able to subscribe this contact to any of the mailing lists in fiona in case you want to re subscribe this contact to a mailing list first unblock them in brevo brevo (documentation deprecated as of 10 09 26) with the brevo integration you can easily sync mailing lists from fiona to your lists in brevo brevo (old method) setting up the integration to successfully set up a integration with brevo, you will need to generate a api key add the api key to fiona map mailing lists to brevo generate brevo api key log in to brevo com https //www brevo com/ to generate a api key you can generate the key by clicking on “ smtp & api https //app brevo com/settings/keys/api ” in the menu under your organisation's name now we have to add the brevo api key to fiona add the brevo api key to fiona in your fiona, go to settings > integrations > and open the brevo integration settings here you can paste the api key of brevo add ip address to brevo go to the brevo security settings https //app brevo com/security/authorised ips and add the ip addresses "37 97 141 136" and "37 97 150 233," to your list of authorized ip addresses in brevo mapping mailing lists now you need to match your brevo mailing lists to the mailing lists you have set up in fiona in the integration settings in fiona you will find a table with all your active mailing lists on the right side of the table, you can map these with a 'list' from brevo simply match the correct list id from brevo to the mailing list in fiona how to sync people and companies now the integration has been set up, you can start syncing mailing lists to fiona you will find the brevo publication channel in the publication\ settings section of a person and company card select "publish" to sync the person or company to brevo before you select publish, always make sure that a person has a default email address you can also publish in bulk from an overview of people or companies and organisations note companies in fiona will appear in the last name section of a contact in brevo the integration works one way; meaning that changes you make in brevo won't appear in fiona
