about templates in fiona you can make two types of templates in fiona mailing templates and report templates these are based on html, css and handlebars js templates for reports are written in both html and a separate css stylesheet; templates for mailing only consist of html and inline css with this feature it is possible to make professional emails and pdf reports, containing the most recent, personalized data from fiona the template editor building and editing your templates happens in the template editor when creating a new template you'll indicate title, type (email or report), the subject (accreditation, film etc ) and the language these choices determine which placeholders will be available for you to use by pressing ctrl + spacebar while you are editing a template you can make a list of these placeholders (and helpers!) visible the example below displays a template for a film report this search bar allows you to search for examples in order to generate a preview the subject of the template dictates the type of example this symbol takes you to the example's corresponding card if you have created a master template (with f e a standard header & footer) you can add it by selecting it in this drop down menu this symbol will lead you to an overview with more information about the available placeholders
