connect miralot to fiona to synchronise films as soon as they are submitted to miralot before continuing, make sure you have access to the miralot dashboard and the integration settings in your fiona setting up the integration to successfully set up an integration with miralot, you will need to add a webhook url from fiona to miralot add a webhook signing secret from miralot to fiona define the default values adjust the mapping if needed integration settings webhook url in fiona, go to settings > integration > miralot to open the miralot integration settings here you can copy the webhook url next, log in to your festival's miralot dashboard go to 'settings' and paste the webhook from fiona in the webhook url field in miralot webhook signing secret now you need to set up the webhook signing secret create a password and add this to both the webhook signing secret field in fiona and in the miralot settings submissions to finally, pick which activity you want the submissions to end up in define the default values before synchronising submissions, you need to define a few default values in fiona texts, pictures, and links attached to a miralot submission will appear in the 'attachments section' of fiona you can define the default content type of the following attachments content type (info) custom questions, synopsis, and other text attachments content type (links) all urls content type (stills) pictures like posters and stills content type (preview) screener links credits are also synchronised with this integration fiona will try to map the roles of the credits with the ones in fiona in case fiona cannot find a match, the following default value will be applied mappings if values for countries and credit roles are different between fiona and miralot, you can use the mapping table to adjust the integration on the left of the mapping table, you see the fiona value; on the right, you can add the value of miralot you can check the attachment "import errors" to see if there were any values that could not be mapped next, you can update the mapping in fiona future submissions will now be mapped correctly competitions filmmakers can submit their films to different submissions in fiona these competitions end up as competitive programmes in fiona in the 'is eligible for' field to get matched, you first need to set up the same competitions in fiona you can do this through an overview of programmes and checking the 'is competition' checkbox using the integration now that the integration is set up, any submission to miralot will automatically appear in fiona within seconds retriggering submissions in case some submissions were submitted before you set up the integration, you can re trigger these by hand go to your festival's settings in miralot and go to 'retrigger webhook' select the title of the film you want to synchronise and press 'retrigger' note that titles that are already in fiona will not be synchronised again you need to delete these titles from fiona first before retriggering the submission overviews to keep track of your miralot submissions, fiona always adds 'miralot' as the source of each entry you can find this field in the entry section you can also use this field to filter out miralot submissions from an overview of films
